Book Equipment

This form allows RTV staff members to request equipment. You will receive a confirmation email from the RTV Executive Staff to verify your request.

If you would like to reserve equipment or a studio on a WEEKLY BASIS (for the entire semester), please indicate in the Notes / Comments section below which day of the week (Monday - Sunday) and what times you would like to make your reservation.
